Vertical members of formed channel. 2. Total baki Shaffer Mixer - 600lb capacity VERTICAL DOUGH LIFT with a dump height of 104 inches; all stainless steel construction. Unit equipped with Nema 4 electrical panel, up and down switch, main drive motor 2 hp, 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz gear motor, DOUGH CART fabricated from stainless steel with a capacity of 500 pounds. AUTOMATIC DOUGH FEEDER consisting of a 500 pound capacity stainless steel hopper, Teflon coated, one set of rotary cut-off knives and support structure with rails. The rotary knife assembly is driven by a 1/3 hp, 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz inline gear brake motor. The dough feeder is controlled by the electric panel. The electric eye is mounted on the KB divider hopper which guarantees the proper dough level. 8 / 6 POCKET KB MATIC DOUGH DIVIDER AND ROUNDING MACHINE, with a scaling range from 30 to 70 grams. The divider is driven by a 5 hp, 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz totally enclosed fan cooled motor and can produce up to 24,000 pieces per hour. The divider is of sanitary design and is supplied with two rounding drums. 8 POCKET KB INTERMEDIATE PROOFER with a total of 315 active trays. The proof time will be 8 minutes at 45 strokes or 21,600 pieces per hour and 9 minutes at 36 strokes or 17,280 pieces per hour. The proofer is of box type, tubular frame construction, of sanitary design and is driven by a Eurodrive inline gear motor, 5 hp, 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz. DOUGH BALL INDEXING SYSTEM to drop and hold dough pieces and is driven by a 120 volt, single phase, 60 Hz gear motor. FLATTENING ROLLER 41/2 diameter adjustable with variable speed motor.
