Rick Eisel Sr., founder of Flour Line LLC, has lived a life defined by honest work, deep faith, and an ever‑growing family legacy. At 67 years old, Rick remains fully active in the company, guiding operations and shaping the future from his home in assisted living in Minnesota.

His story began long before Flour Line LLC existed — long before tortilla lines, bread systems, or global manufacturing. It began with a boy willing to do any honest job to earn a dollar.

• Selling pens door‑to‑door
• Shoveling snow
• Mowing lawns
• Picking rocks
• Working the family farm (still owned by the Eisel family today)

These early years built the foundation for a lifetime of integrity and determination.

Rick is the father of 7 children, grandfather to 17 grandchildren, and the patriarch of an extended family that now includes over 100 children raised in mission homes overseas.

These children — raised with the traditions, values, and guidance of the Eisel family — are considered true Eisel family members.

The Expanded Eisel Family now stands at 127 members and growing every day.

To Rick, this is the greatest legacy of all.

Rick picked up his first guitar at age 6, and by 11, he was performing live in a restaurant bar in Bechyn, Minnesota. Music became a lifelong companion — a source of joy, connection, and strength.

Foodservice, music, and business carried him through every chapter of life. They kept him grounded. They kept him inspired. They kept him moving forward.

Rick began working 60 years ago, long before Flour Line LLC was founded. Every job — big or small — shaped the man who would later build one of the most trusted names in tortilla and bread production equipment.
